The official hotel for Providence Anime Conference is The Westin Providence. The hotel has just been expanded with a new tower with an additional 200 guestrooms. The Westin Providence also features a heated indoor pool, fully equipped Capital Club fitness center, and the delicious Agora Restaurant and Bar.

• All reservations must be guaranteed by certified check, cashier's check, or a valid and approved credit card. Reservations not canceled within 24 hours prior to arrival or no shows will be billed the first night's room rate.
• After the hotel reservation cut-off date of Friday, September 5, 2008, the hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general resale. Any reservation received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and/or rate available basis only.
• Hotel guests shall be responsible for their own guest room, tax, and incidental charges upon checkout.
• If there are multiple people in your room, one person can check everyone in. Charges can be split at check-out.
