Providence Anime Conference Forum Acceptable Use Policy

The Providence Anime Conference Executive Committee reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the user agreement without prior notice to the user. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly review the terms of this agreement.

The user agrees to the following terms:

1. All information that you provide to us for your forum registration, including age, must be correct.
2. All forum members must be at least 18 years of age.
3. You should not use your forum membership to spam, harass, or exploit other members in any way.
4. Abuse of forum features is not allowed. (This includes, but is not limited to excessive posting in a short period of time, excessive use of formatting features, or inappropriate avatars.)
5. Vulgar, abusive, racist, and sexist language is prohibited and will not be tolerated.
6. Do not make any personal attacks or threats against anyone.
7. No mass posting or flooding of the boards is allowed. This includes "bumping" posts just to make them appear at the top of a forum.
8. Posts should be made in the appropriate forum. Posts made in the incorrect forum will be moved, closed, or removed.
9. Any threads which are no longer relevant (such as an event having passed) or contain out of date information may be closed or deleted.
10. Do not start a new thread when there is an existing thread on the topic. Duplicate threads will be locked and may be deleted.
11. Do not post where to find fansubs, fandubs, bootlegs, or similar goods. Providence Anime Conference has a strict "no bootlegs" policy.
12. Do not impersonate anyone else, including (but not limited to) guests, staff, or other forum members.
