  1. How many people will be at Providence Anime Conference?
Our membership is capped at 2,000 people, but we currently estimate attendance in the hundreds.
  2. How do I get a booth in the Dealers' Room?
Refer to our Vendors section. We recommend purchasing a space as soon as possible because the best spaces sell out fast and the entire room will likely sell out before the conference.
  3. Is there anything I can't sell in the Dealers' Room?
    Yes...
    • Food and drinks of any kind are strictly prohibited. Our contract with the Rhode Island Convention Center is very clear on this fact. Do not bring Pocky or Ramune and expect to be able to sell it.
    • The sale of weapons of any kind (including steel, wood, and foam) is also prohibited in the Dealers' Room.
    • Finally, bootlegs, unlicensed, and counterfeit goods are not permitted in the Dealers' Room under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, DVDs, CDs, wallscrolls, posters, apparel, bags, toys, pins, stickers, and playing cards.
Our Dealers' Room staff will be making routine inspections throughout the open hours of the Dealers' Room to ensure this policy is upheld. Any offending materials will be identified and the vendor will be asked to remove them. Multiple offenses will result in a vendor's expulsion from the room.
  4. Can I have things for my booth shipped to Providence Anime Conference a few weeks before the event?
Sorry, our PO Box cannot receive large shipments and we do not have a physical office. We also don't have a large amount of storage space. You are responsible for bringing your own dealers' room merchandise and equipment.
  5. Is there a load/unload policy for setting up in the Dealers' Room?
We will have this policy posted soon.
  6. After I've unloaded, where can I park my truck/trailer?
Exhibitor parking is available as one of many add-ons (such as phone or electrical service) which can be ordered online for your booth(s). Contact us for details.
  7. How do I advertise in the program guide?
Check our Vendors section for information on advertising in our program guide.
  8. Can I hang flyers? What's your flyer policy?
You are not allowed to hang anything on the facility's walls or doors. There will be a designated table for free flyer distribution.
  9. Can you put flyers in registration bags for me?
If you wish to send flyers to be placed on the flyer table or inserted into registration bags, please contact Advertising Sales for our rates.
